Industrial Loft, Jersey City

Housed in the original NY/NJ Bell Telephone Switching Station building that was built in 1892 in Jersey City, NJ. The space is 1,200 sq feet, with 18’ ceilings, 3 arched windows that each measure 13’ wide x 11’ tall, and an 800 sq foot roof deck with a converted shipping container as a cabana space.
